Welcome to GUESTHOUSE HAYAMA
GUESTHOUSE HAYAMA is a monthly - long term share-house, a traditional Japanese residence refurbished to meet our guests’ various needs. We are located on top of the hill with a great view of Isshiki Beach, famous for its scenery and beauty of nature in each season. You can even see Mt. Fuji on a sunny day. We are looking forward to your visit and stay at our GUESTHOUSE HAYAMA. Please do enjoy Japanese lifestyle with us on a Tatami-mat floor and with Futon-mattress, with a view of the peaceful and sunny Japanese Pacific Ocean typical to our area.
Important Information for all our guests:
*Please bring your ID, your driving license, passport, etc., to indicate to us at the time of your arrival / checking-in.
*We would request all our guests to make payment in full by bank transfer prior to our guests’ arrival and stay.
*Cancelation fee occurs from 14 business days prior to the date on the reservation contract. Please be reminded that we would charge 20000 cancelation fee for such a situation.
*A trial stay over night is also available for possible guests. Please consult us on the trial stay fee.
*The guests are welcome to invite their friends, family, etc., to stay in their room for an additional fee. Please do not hesitate and consult us.
*Free internet connection available in all the residential rooms.
*We would request each guest to clean his / her own room, taking care of his / her Futon-mattress or comforter / duvet during the stay until the time of our guest’s departure / checking-out.
*Smoking is prohibited on the residential level due to the fire regulations. Please make use of the smoking area on the ground level.
*Our communal space, i.e., the communal lounge, the dining room and the kitchen are very spacious and relaxing to our guests. We would like to request our guests’ understanding that television set is only available in the communal lounge.
*The kitchen is installed with all basic and necessary items, i.e., seasonings and condiments, bowls and plates, cutlery and tableware to begin with, a refrigerator, a microwave cooker, gas hobs, an electric rice cooker, an electric oven-toaster, an electric kettle, washing machines, etc., are all free to use for our guests.

*1 garden with a table, chairs and a barbeque grill
Residential rooms specifications:
Door keys, air conditioners, Futon-mattresses or beds, desks and chairs or sitting tables, closets, plastic containers, Futon closets, lightings with a remote controller, trash can and rubbish bin, curtain, etc., are available, according to each guest’s request.
Parking space:
A limited parking space only. Please consult us prior to your visit / stay.
  
Area Information:
We are located in front of the Isshiki Beach, Hayama, a perfect Japanese resort for swimming and various other marine sports, barbeque, pottering and trekking, etc. You can always come back from the beach in the bathing suits, as a shower room is installed at our back door. A supermarket, a drugstore and a post office are available in our neighborhood.

Linen and Futon-mattress, comforter / duvet laundry: 15000 yen
Deposit: 30000 yen (To be returned to the guest at the time of the guest’s checking-out, according to the room condition.）
